EXCHANGE POLICY

We guarantee your satisfaction with all Bathrobesonline.com merchandise.
You may return any UNUSED, UNWASHED and LINT FREE merchandise if you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 30 days after the shipping date.

All returns require an Exchanged Merchandise Authorization number ( EMA ). Please do not return any merchandise without obtaining an EMA. In order to obtain an EMA along with change instructions and the correct return address, please complete and submit the Customer Service Request Form

In order to ensure your return is safe and documented, send your package via a prepaid , insured traceable method.

Any difference of the shipping and/or the product cost will be charged/refunded accordingly.

We apologize if we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise. If this happens to be the case, you will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the merchandise. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling charges for replacement merchandise shipments. We will process replacement merchandise shipments with the shipment method of the original order.

Customized items, used or washed products, products with lint, can not be exchanged.



Clearance/Sale items may only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value.

Exchanges that arrive 30 days after the shipping date will not be accepted.
