We guarantee your satisfaction with all ARUS products. You may return any UNUSED, UNWASHED and LINT FREE merchandise if you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 30 days after the shipping date to the below address:

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please do not return any merchandise without obtaining a RMA. In order to obtain RMA, please complete and submit the Customer Service Request Form on our website or send your request to cservice@bathrobesonline.com

Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a credit to the credit card used to make the purchase in the amount of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges). Please note that you are responsible for shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise. In order to ensure your return is safe and documented, send your package via a prepaid and traceable method.

We apologize if we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise. If this happens to be the case, you will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the merchandise. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling charges for replacement merchandise. We will process replaced merchandise with the shipment method of the original order.

Customized items, used products and products with lint, cannot be returned.

Clearance/Sale items can not be returned, but can only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value.

All exchanges require an Exchange Merchandise Authorization number (EMA). Please do not exchange any merchandise without obtaining an EMA. In order to obtain EMA, please complete and submit the Customer Service Request Form on our website or send your request to cservice@bathrobesonline.com
